Keywords are an essential element of an online resume. These are the
words or phrases Employers & Recruiters use to search the resume
database to find a resume that matches the profile they are seeking.
Can they find you? Keywords are usually nouns that are associated with
specific qualifications, skills, experiences, professional
certifications, organizations &/or industries, etc. Don't forget
buzzwords that are unique to your industry!
